Doctor-led guidance · Evidence-aware education · No guaranteed outcomes

Sexual-health concerns such as pain, low desire, arousal difficulty, orgasm concerns, vaginal dryness or pelvic-floor symptoms are common and deserve respectful, non-judgmental care. A symptom is not a moral failing or a generic sign of “weakness.”

Possible contributors

Hormonal changes, pregnancy or postpartum recovery, menopause, pelvic-floor conditions, endometriosis, illness, medicines, cancer treatment, relationship context, stress and past experiences may contribute. More than one factor can be present.

What a private evaluation may involve

A clinician should first understand the person’s goals and consent. Relevant history, medication review and a focused examination or tests may be offered only when appropriate. The patient can ask questions, pause or decline parts of an examination.

Red flags and safety

Urgent assessment may be needed for severe pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, fever with pelvic symptoms, injury, suspected assault, or pregnancy-related concerns. Emergency and safeguarding needs take priority over a commercial consultation.

Treatment and supportive care

Care may involve treating an underlying medical cause, pelvic-floor physiotherapy, counseling or sex therapy, lubricants/moisturizers, or clinician-directed medicines. Ayurvedic care may support general wellbeing for some people but should not replace gynecologic evaluation or evidence-based treatment. No product link is required on this page.

This is a long-term condition. Ayurvedic care here is aimed at management, symptom relief and quality of life over time — it is not offered as a cure, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Some parts of care for this condition cannot be handled online. Confirmatory laboratory testing and certain first-line treatments must be carried out in person by a registered medical practitioner. An online consultation here is a starting point and a support plan — not a replacement for those clinical steps.
