Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) एक chronic inflammatory condition है जो sacroiliac joints और spine को प्रभावित कर सकती है। HLA-B27 useful clue हो सकता है, लेकिन positive report अकेले diagnosis नहीं करती और negative report अकेले AS को exclude नहीं करती। Persistent morning stiffness, night/early-morning pain, rest के बाद worsening या movement से improvement जैसे patterns में appropriate clinical/rheumatology assessment useful हो सकती है.
Diagnosis के लिए history, examination, HLA-B27/inflammation markers का context और जरूरत के अनुसार X-ray/MRI को साथ देखा जाता है। Management में regular exercise/physiotherapy और clinically indicated medicines शामिल हो सकती हैं। Ayurveda को केवल supportive/complementary care के रूप में consider किया जाना चाहिए—prescribed treatment की replacement या permanent cure के रूप में नहीं.
Safety: Painful red eye, light sensitivity या blurred vision में prompt eye/medical assessment लें। नई severe weakness/numbness, bladder/bowel control में बदलाव या rapidly worsening neurological symptoms में urgent medical assessment जरूरी हो सकती है.
