Google data accessed
The application may access Google Drive files authorized by the account owner using the Google Drive read-only permission.
Purpose
Google Drive access is used solely to read social-media images and related workflow files created or placed by the account owner for processing and publishing through Manmukh Ayurveda's own systems.
Access level
The automation uses read-only Google Drive access. It is not intended to modify, rename, move or delete Google Drive files.
Storage
Files required for the workflow may be temporarily copied to Manmukh Ayurveda's private server for validation, processing and social-media publishing.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold.
Google user data is not used for advertising.
Google user data is not shared with unrelated third parties.
Security
OAuth credentials and workflow data are stored with restricted access on systems controlled by Manmukh Ayurveda.
Retention
Locally processed media may be removed according to the workflow's retention policy. Publication metadata may be retained for duplicate prevention, auditing and operational history.
Revoking access
The Google account owner can revoke the application's access through their Google Account permissions.
Limited Use
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
